Firearm Sales Policy
- All Firearm Sales Are Final:
Once a firearm is transferred to you through an FFL dealer, it cannot be returned or refunded. - Defective Firearms:
If a defect is discovered, please contact the firearm manufacturer directly for warranty repair or replacement. - FFL Transfer Responsibility:
Once a firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used—even if unfired—and cannot be returned. If a background check is denied, the transfer fee and any applicable shipping costs must be paid before returning the firearm to the original FFL. Note: Not all transferring FFLs allow returns. If no return policy exists, the firearm will be forfeited and become the property of Defensive Resources LLC.
Non-Firearm Items
- Accessories:
Non-firearm items, such as accessories, may be returned within 14 days if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. A restocking fee of 20% may apply. - Ammunition:
All ammunition sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Cancellations and Special Orders
- Cancellations Before Transfer:
Orders can be canceled before shipment or transfer to the FFL. A 20% restocking fee may apply to these cancellations. - Special Orders and Custom Purchases:
Special orders and custom firearm purchases require a non-refundable deposit or, in some cases, full payment upfront. If canceled, these payments will not be refunded.
Shipping Costs
Return Shipping:
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any necessary shipping for denied background checks.
